These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Pixel Design Lab website and the services and products offered by Veronika Ivánová / Pixel Design Lab. By accessing our website, purchasing digital products, or working with us on custom projects, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Services (Custom Work)
The scope of services provided by Pixel Design Lab is defined in your individual contract or proposal. These documents outline all deliverables, deadlines, and other conditions. Pixel Design Lab reserves the right to decline a project at any time prior to contract signing.

2. Website Use
You agree to use this website lawfully and avoid any activity that may interfere with its operation or security. Unauthorized access or misuse may lead to legal action.

3. Age Requirement
Pixel Design Lab services and products are available to individuals 18 years or older. By using our site or services, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Intellectual Property
Unless specified otherwise in a custom client contract, all designs, templates, and creative work remain the sole property of Veronika Ivánová / Pixel Design Lab. For digital products (templates), you’re purchasing a single-use, non-transferable license for personal or commercial use.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the templates, even with edits
• Claim the designs as your own
• Use templates for resale (unless you purchase an extended license)
• Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

5. Template Compatibility & Usage
It is your responsibility to ensure your platform (e.g. Showit) supports the template before purchasing. Pixel Design Lab is not responsible for incompatibility issues, content loss, or technical errors related to usage.

6. Payment Terms – Custom Projects
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project. The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery. Payment plans are available but the first payment serves as a deposit. Delays in providing content or approvals may result in a 5% per-day delay fee.

7. Payment Terms – Digital Products
All payments for templates and digital products are processed via Thrivecart.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable.

8. Cancellations (Custom Work)
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Pixel Design Lab reserves the right to cancel or refuse projects if necessary.

9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be handled through good-faith negotiation. If resolution isn’t possible, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bratislava, Slovakia.

10. Updates to Terms
Pixel Design Lab reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on this site.
